Ken has served as President of Riteway since 2002. While he oversees senior management and business operations, he remains a hands-on leader dedicated to developing direct solutions for customers.

With over 30 years of industrial experience, Ken’s background spans sales, plant engineering, and production supervision. His technical expertise includes managing diverse trades—such as millwrights, electricians, and instrument technicians—and he holds a 1986 degree in Applied Science, specializing in Fluid Power.

With over 40 years in Industrial parts and supply and procurment, Greg brings deep technical expertise to Riteway.  He completed specialized training with leading industry suppliers and posses a broad mastery of hydrolic hoses, fittings and hands-on repairs. 

Beyond parts, Greg manages Riteway's supplemental manpower division. He maintains an extensive roster of highly skilled specialists, allowing the company to scale quickly and provide the right talent for projects of any scope.

Mike offers over 20 years of expertise in the sales and service of compressed air and gas systems. Having completed rigorous factory training with several industry-leading suppliers, he possesses a deep technical understanding of complex machinery and industrial applications.

Mike is dedicated to helping his customers optimize their operations by integrating the most efficient and reliable equipment available.  His wealth of knowledge ensures that every solution is tailored to improve performance, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational productivity.
